Curtis Controller Chill Plate System from HPEVS
This chill plate system will assist in keeping your controller cool. The kit includes the chill plate that is machined out of aluminum, an O-ring seal, nuts and bolts that will mate the controller to the chill plate and your choice of either a straight or 90 degree barbed fittings for 5/8" hose.
Below, we have two different types; single piece for single controller set-ups, and for dual controllers, we manufacture a plate that can handle both controllers on one plate. Of course, you can use two single chill plates to cool a dual controller set-up
By utilizing a 12 volt electric pump that can deliver 2 to 3 gallons per minute, and use either the OEM radiator or a small aftermarket oil cooler, the controller will run cooler compared to an aluminum heat sink.
